The Production and Continuity Management (PCM) department is the first point of contact for serious IT disruptions. During normal operations, our team monitors the ERSTE Group's system landscape and responds to alerts and indicators to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of the IT environment as best as possible. During an impairment or interruption of normal operations, we organize and moderate the necessary meetings and communicate the current status and actions taken within the company up to top management.
What to do:
- You monitor the IT environment of the Erste Group and ensure that all systems and applications function smoothly and without restriction
- In the event of outages and/or disruptions, you coordinate the rapid and orderly restoration of services, but also act as an interface function and, if necessary, as an escalation point
- You document all actions taken during the restoration process and communicate the current status to the involved stakeholders, teams, as well as top management
- You organize and moderate the necessary meetings with temporary teams and experts during and after IT disruptions
- In the aftermath, you hand over the documentation for further internal handling
You check these boxes:
- Technical education or corresponding professional experience
- Several years of experience in an organizational role in a dynamic IT environment
- Broad knowledge in IT operations, as well as organizational skills allow for correct interpretation of expert opinions
- Willingness to work in shift operations, with availability until 11pm on workdays, during the night on workdays, and on several weekends a year
- Interest in or possession of an ITIL certification
- Service-oriented approach, analytical and proactive way of working, and strong communication skills in German and English

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,- gross per year.
